A great list of resources on list building Kevin!
Some of the tips that I give people with list building are as follows:
1) Track your list building efforts <——You'd be surprised where some of your optins come from.
2) Once on your list treat your subscribers like people <—- Provide them value and they'll stick around longer.
3) Be consistent <—–we are creatures of habit. If you mail out regularly people will get used to it…..don't just do so haphazardly!

Great list of resources on list building! Your list is your “ASSET”
and it’s always great to learn. And great tips by Chris and I would like to stress.. always track your list building effort. With everything that you do to drive traffic to your page to build your list, you’ll want to track the results. One tips I give people is to add “/?trafficsource” at the end of the url to identify your traffic source when people optin to my list. This way I can put my effort in what works and stop wasting my time on what doesn’t.
